Live Concerts at the Volkshaus

Concerts with tradition

Since the renovation in 2013, musicians from Berne and the surrounding area have been performing regularly, always on the 1st Wednesday of the month. The concerts did meanwhile become a tradition and are popular among many locals.

Stefan W. Müller & Band

With their homage, the Span-pianist Stefan W. Müller and his band honour the music of the deceased pianist Hanery Amman, with some original musicians from the Hanery Amman band such as Caesar Kaiser (drums) and Jean-Pierre Berchier (bass & vocals). The lead vocals and guitar part are taken over by Chrigu Dietz. Their music makes the hearts beat faster with titles such as «Tristessa", «Rosmarie und i», «Chasch mir's gloube» or «Lorraine» and much more. It invites you to sing along and enjoy the fascinating and touching compositions.
