Concerts with tradition

Since the renovation in 2013, musicians from Berne and the surrounding area have been performing regularly, always on the 1st Wednesday of the month. The concerts did meanwhile become a tradition and are popular among many locals.

String music with Christine Lauterburg

The country road joins Zurich's Langstrasse. Schwyzerörgeli and violins are joined by electric guitars and drums-machines. Between polka and yodel there is spoken-chanting. All this and much more now on the brand new «Asphaltplatte» of the Landstreichmusik! After their neo-traditional CD «Altfrentsch unterwegs» (Musiques Suisses, 2015) the «vagrants» present on their new album, of minimalism of the 80's marked folk-pop-songs, embedded in experimental soundscapes. «Asphalt» is the fourth album of the «Landstreichmusik», released on 21 September 2018 under the «Narrenschiff»-label.
